Hooy Consulting was established with the aim of transferring Irfan Can Karakurt 's more than 12 years of experience in corporate procurement and energy management to industrial companies.
Experience gained in different countries and high-volume procurement categories has been transformed into an independent, agile, and results-oriented consulting model. Hooy not only identifies opportunities but also manages the bidding, negotiation, contracting, and implementation processes together with its clients.
